Posada AIDS Walk 12/1

a Candlelight AIDS Walk - click to learn more

On Dec 1st, the AIDS Service Center & the City of Pasadena will host the 20th annual Posada AIDS Walk to coincide with World Aids Day and the opening of the Holiday season. Walkers will start in the courtyard at One Colorado in Old Pasadena and end in front of the newly renovated Pasadena City Hall for an interfaith closing ceremony of music and inspiration. Along the way, walkers will visit historic buildings, cultural sites and entertainment venues and view a moving display of panels from the AIDS Memorial Quilt.

For the 3rd year, the Brehm Center, on behalf of Fuller, will sponsor one of the stops along the route (Fuller housing on Los Robles, between Ford Place & the Union Street parking
structure). Nancy Ann Stoner, assistant venue coordinator for the Posada AIDS Walk, would like to encourage the concern committees at Fuller to participate in the Posada. Please contact her directly if you’re interested.
